Simple add-on to Deactivate Confluence users who left organization and remove license groups (e.g. confluence-users) for inactive users.
In addition to default Confluence Supported User Directories, it also Supports Okta and Google G-suite remote directories.
This add-on provides:
- Option to choose Directory for user deactivation
- Option to process/restrict user deactivation specific to group
- Option to configure schedule to run user deactivation
- Option to skip specific Confluence users for user deactivation
- Option to remove specific Confluence groups for Deactivated users (or even without deactivating users)
- Option to rename Deactivated user to {username}_inactive_yyyyMMdd
- Helps to reduce license count, removing Confluence license groups (e.g. confluence-users) for Inactive Users

For inactive users (i.e. not active on jira but exists in organization):
- As of now you can manually run this task on-demand basis by specifying number of days not active. This process will remove license groups for not active users in Jira.
- This task is not included in automated run schedule. (it will be implemented in future plugin release).
