Go to Project Settings > Jenkins utils Utils > Add Jenkins Jobs to scan the commits / change-sets in builds.

Go to issues to visualize the Jenkins builds in Jenkins Activity Tab.

Go to manage add-ons > Filter by Jenkins Utils for Jira > Expand add-on > Expand modules enabled.
Disable module > Jenkins Issue Tab Panel (jira-jenkins-utils-issue-tabpanel).
Once disable it show as below.
