STEP-1

Configure CircleCI Connectivity. Go to Apps → CircleCI Connector.

STEP-2

Go to CircleCI App → Click Workflow → Copy URL from Browser.

Go to Jira Issue choose App CircleCI Workflows → Edit.

That's It.
