Configure Licenses Clean up for Inactive Users for Jira Cloud

STEP-1

Go to Apps > Manage Apps > Manage Inactive Users App > App Settings > Update Organisation ID and Jira API Key.

STEP-2

Go to Apps > Manage Apps > Manage Inactive Users App > Manage Inactive Users.

Configure the Inactive users clean up form:

• Jira group to process users

• Days not active e.g. 180

• Remove Jira group e.g. jira-software-users

• Skip Jira group e.g. jira-administrators
