STEP-1

Go to Jira Settings right top corner → Apps → CircleCI Connector.

Generate CircleCI Personal Token

STEP-2

Go to CircleCI App → Click Project → Copy URL from Browser.

Go to Jira Issue choose Panel CircleCI Workflows → Edit.
