Where to find SCM Activity Context Panel?

How to Disable?

Go to manage add-ons > Filter by SCM Changesets for Jira > Expand add-on > Expand modules enabled.

Disable module > Scm Change-sets Issue Context Web panel (jira-scm-activity-lite-issue-context).

Once disable it show as below.
